Thanks for Not Voting

I know this will sound odd becasue Senators usually get yelled for not voting. However, I wiant ot thank you fo rnot voting on S. 147, no matter what the reason, even if it was just that you did not make it to the floor. This is a bad bill that is not worthy of your vote becasue it creates a race based government that would stretch throughout the country rather than being a tribal government restricted to Hawaii like other indian tribes are resticted to reservations. Those who don;t live on the reservation are subject to the laws that protect other citizens.

Please do not support S. 147 anymore becasue it is unconstitutional for the reasons stated above. Please read the Republican Policy Committee paper that outlines all the flaws in this bill before the next vote becasue it is very instructive. The Heritage Foundation also has a section of information about this horrendous bill that tells you why you should not be supporting it. Please consider these things before the next vote.
