Take your name off S. 147---No Race Based Government

I demand that you take your name off of S. 147 and also rescind your support for the bill. You must vote "No" on this legislation.

Please read the Heritage Foundation informaton on the topic that explains why tihs legislation is unconstitutional legislation. This bill only creates a racial distinction for the creation of a government. It has no connection to geography, which the Indian laws have. The Hawaiians could never meet the requirements of the bills that allow the Native Americans to operate tribal governements, which exosted prior to the existance of the United States.

Please withdraw your support from this bill and stop this bill from going through.
