Supreme Court, Jim Haynes, and GITMO

Today's Supreme Court decision about the GITMO detainees will add to the pressure that groups like the Committee for Justice will place on you to allow Mr. Haynes a vote. I understand that you have denied blocking this nomination, however, it is now eve more imperative to block the nomination because of his role in the torture moemos debacle.

Please do not give in to the pressure of the interest groups or the executive. Stand up for the principle that we do not torture.
